Brandon Thompson is the CEO and co-founder of Millennium Brokers Group (MBG Insurance), bringing a unique blend of education, leadership, and entrepreneurial drive to the insurance industry.
A proud Arkansas native, Brandon grew up in Pea Ridge and earned a teaching degree from Arkansas State University, followed by a Master's degree in Administration. He began his career in education, teaching and coaching at several Missouri schools — an experience that sharpened his ability to lead, communicate, and build lasting relationships. Those same skills now define how he serves clients: listening first, explaining clearly, and earning trust over time.
In 2017, Brandon channeled that drive into entrepreneurship and founded Millennium Brokers. Building on that success, Millennium Brokers merged with Kirk Reisner's Advisor Insurance in 2021 to form Millennium Brokers Group LLC (MBG Insurance), where Brandon serves as CEO. The merger brought together two established agencies, and under his leadership, MBG has grown into an independent agency serving individuals, families, and businesses across Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, and Texas.
Brandon holds the Certified Work Comp Advisor (CWCA) designation and has completed advanced workers' compensation training through the Gaffney Hill Consulting work comp seminar, giving him specialized expertise in helping employers control workers' comp costs and avoid common classification and audit pitfalls.
In 2026, Brandon made the meaningful decision to return to his roots — relocating from Springfield, Missouri, back to Pea Ridge, Arkansas, to be closer to family — and opened MBG Insurance's third office in Bentonville, Arkansas.
Outside of work, Brandon is a devoted father of three: two beautiful girls and a handsome boy who is all boy. His personal values of family, community, and service are at the heart of everything he does — both at home and at MBG Insurance.
